Ben Gibbard Releases Song For Ichiro Suzuki (AUDIO)

Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard decided to release a song called "Ichiro's Theme" as a tribute to Seattle Mariners right fielder, Ichiro Suzuki, who was traded to the New York Yankees after over a decade in the Pacific Northwest.

Gibbard will release his solo debut, Former Lives, on Oct. 16.
