James Arthur has that effortless ability to make a song his own and captivate the audience, (in fact if he could bottle it up and sell it; he'd be a zillionaire). Also, seeing him sing about heartbreak makes us want to jump on stage and give him a great big cuddle, (ok, and a kiss too).
